Ingredients
White Rice, short grain, 454 grams (remove)Ground Pork, 500 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)*Mayor Polpa, 100 gram(s) (remove)Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
Directions
First you chop the onions and then fry the chopped onions with 1 calorie spray, add curry and salt and pepper to taste. Add the ground pork and once it is cooked add the canned or fresh tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes. Boil the rice, drain and add to the minced meat sauce. Beat the eggs and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Pour in a dish and put in the oven for about 30 minutes untilll it is brownish. Some people like to add some grated cheese as well.
