Process the oats, beans, pumpkins, craisins, vanilla, and truvia in a food processor until very smooth. Add the flaxseed. Pulse until mixture is well-blended and comes together to form a dough. Transfer mixture to a cutting board. Shape into a log and cut into 8 equal pieces.

pretty good. formed into little truffle balls and rolled them in coconut. As for quantity: one can of black beans, rinsed and drained. 1/2 cup of cocoa powder. 1/3 cup of oats finely ground. 1/4 cup of ground flax seed. 1/3 c raisin, small amt of vanilla. I used a banana instead of pumpkin. - 8/20/12
