Ingredients
3 eggs1T cider vinegar1/4 C Smart Balance Oil1/4 C honeyIn separate bowl mix the following, then add to bread machine:1 1/2 C coconut milk (can substitute lowfat milk) - room temperature (Or you can use buttermilk and eliminate the lemon juice)1T lemon juiceContinue adding these directly to bread machine:1 tsp sea salt1T Xantham gum1/3 C arrowroot flour (substitute cornstarch if needed)1/2 C dried mashed potato flakes2 1/2 C Bob's Red Mill gluten free all purpose baking powder1T active dry yeast

Combine all ingredients in the order listed. Choose the setting on your bread machine that will cook for 4 hours (Light).
