Halloween chili

Ingredients
* Vegetable Broth, 4 cups * Leeks, 2 cups, chopped (white and light green only) * Carrots, raw, 2.25 cup, chopped * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped * Swiss Chard, 340 grams, chopped * Butternut Squash, .75 cup, cubes * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped * Beans, black, 1 15 oz can, drained and rinsed * Chili powder, 1 tbsp * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper, minced * Garlic, 3 cloves, minced * Salt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven and simmer for 30 mins. Taste and adjust seasonings.
