Ingredients
Blueberries, apples, pear, raw potatoe, flwxseed, psyllium powder, honey.
Directions
Mix in juicer: 1/2 bup blueberries, 1/2 pear, 1/2 med raw potatoe, 3 apples. Mix in 2Tbs. flaxseed, and 2tsp. psylluim powder and 3Tbs unpasturized honey. Drink twice weekly.

    The flaxseeds just sat at the bottom of my tumbler, wet and uninviting. Next time, I will try it with whole ground flaxseed. - 9/15/07
