Ingredients
*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 3 cup Almonds, .5 cup, sliced Seasame Seeds .5 oz Green onions , .25 cupRamen noodles (uncooked), 1 cup Dressing:*Soy Sauce, 2 tbspOlive Oil, .25 cup *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbspGranulated Sugar, 2 tsp
Directions
In a pan put some olive oil and heat up. Crush uncooked ramen noodles, put in pan, put in almonds and seasame seeds also. Saute until light brown.

Mix soy sauce, olive oil, sugar and balsamic vinegar for dressing. Shake up.

Chop boy choy, and green onions. mix in sauted noodles and almonds. Add dressing to entire salad only when ready to eat.
