Healthy Baked Fried Chicken

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts (total about 1.27 lbs)Whole Wheat FlourSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Place chicken breasts in a bowl covered in water. Let soak while preparing flour mixture.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Spray a glass baking dish with PAM olive oil spray.

Roll chicken breasts in mixture until completely covered. Place in dish.

Bake 30 minutes on each side.

Makes 3 servings.
