Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 c water1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp soy sauce1 c uncooked rice1 tsp olive oil1/2 c green beans1/2 c peas1 egg, lightly beaten1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Bring water, sale and soy sauce to a boil in saucepan. Add rice, stir. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for five minutes.
2. Heat oil in wok over med heat. Saute green beans and peas for 2-3 minutes. Pour in egg, scrambling while cooking.
3. Stir in rice, mix well.
