Spicy Low Fat Alfredo Sauce with Shrimp

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil3 tsp Sriracha1 tsp Cayenne pepper1 cup chopped crimini or bella mushrooms1 chopped yellow bell pepper1/2 pound shrimp3/4 cup of Newman's Own All Natural Alfredo sauce
Saute the peppers and mushrooms in the olive oil until soft
Add the alfredo sauce and simmer
Add Sriracha and Cayenne pepper to tase
Then add shrimp and simmer until shrimp turns orange
Serve over your favorite whole grain pasta.
Makes two servings, but I can each both in one sitting.
