Ginger Lime Flank Steak

Ingredients
1lb tenderized flank steak2T sugar4T fresh lime juice3t of low sodium soy sauce2T diced fresh ginger root1/2t red pepper flakes
Directions
Mix ingredients in small bowl. Cut flank steak into strips. Pour marinade over strips. Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Put mixture into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Saute until done. Serve over rice....or with rice in lettuce cups. Garnish with green onions.
