Basic hummus

Ingredients
1 small can of garbanzo beans w/half the juice saved (chickpeas) (7.75 oz)1 tbsp prepared tahinilemon juice from one lemon 1-2 tbsp.
Directions
This is a quick yummy basic hummus recipe to be blended in your food processor or magic bullet. I figured in a couple tbsp. per serving. However, you can easily have more without hurting your calorie totals (depending on what else you're having that day.

You can also add to it if you like different flavors. Garlic, red pepper, roasted red pepper, and black pepper are a few examples.
Makes about 4 2-tbsp. servings.
