FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER -OR TO TASTE6OZ RONZONI SMART TASTE WIDE NOODLES --OR--6 OZ NO YOLKS WIDE NOODLES12 OZ. Directions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
SPRAY 8" X12" BAKING DISH WITH COOKING SPRAY..
COOK CHICKEN IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER UNITL PINK IS GONE...COOL AND CHOP. SET ASIDE.

IN BOWL, MIX TOGETHER BAG OF MIXED VEGETABLES,
FROZEN, CHOPPED SPINACH, 1/2 BAG SLAW MIX, CHOPPED WATER CHESTNUTS, CHOPPED ONION, GREEN PEPPER, PARSLEY FLAKES, AND BLACK PEPPER.

PREPARE GRAVY MIX PER PACKAGE DIRECTIONS, USING THE 2 CUPS WATER LISTED IN INGREDIENTS AS THE WATER NEEDED.
UNWRAP THE 3 LAUGHING COW LIGHT CHEESE WEDGES AND PLACE IN SMALL BOWL...MICROWAVE FOR 10-25 SECONDS...WHIP WITH FORK..AND STIR INTO PREPARED GRAVY MIX...
BREAK NOOLES INTO SMALLER PIECES..AND ADD TO PREPARED GRAVY AND CHEESE MIX.

POUR THE GRAVY MIX INTO THE MIXED VEGETABLE MIX..AND BLEND. ADD THE COOKED CHICKEN...AND POUR INTO BAKING DISH..

BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES UNTIL BUBBLY AND BROWNED...
LET COOL FOR ABOUT 5 MIN...THEN MARK OFF MAKING 8 SERVINGS...( DIVIDE DOWN THE CENTER IN HALF..THEN HALVE CROSSWISE..THEN HALVE AGAIN CROSSWISE...EACH SERVING SHOULD MEASURE ABOUT 4" X 3".....
