Half a head of red or green cabbage4 tbsp. of a reduced-fat soy mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)1 tbsp. apple cider vinegarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Shred the cabbage and mix it with the other ingredients. So simple!
