2 lbs chuck or arm roast2 cups mayo3 tbs relishBreadToppings such as tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, or cheese.
Cook roast in crock pot with water, seasoning of your choice, and a splash of tomato juice or cider vinegar to tenderize for approximately 4-6 hours until meat easily falls apart. Remove from liquid and separate from bone and fat, while shredding with two forks. Cool in fridge for at least an hour. Mix with mayo and relish. Place approximately 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mixture on bread and top with toppings of choice. Store leftovers in fridge.
