Slow Cooker Brewery Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
2- 1/2chicken breast skinless bonless2 skinless boneless chicken thigh 8 oz, or 2 small turnip cit into chunks2 stalks celery sliced1 medium carrot, sliced 1 medium onion sliced1 Tablespoon chicken bouillon1 can (14 .5 oz) tomatoes with green chili
Directions
Put the turnip,celery,carrot,onion,bouillon and chicken in a slow cooker. add salt and peeper to taste Pour the beer and tomatoes over top. Cover slow cooker , set it to low and cook for
8 to 9 hours.
To make it more like a stew remove chicken and shred. Place chicken back in slow cooker and mix. and it is ready to serve.
