Apple-Cran Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed1Granny smith apple - medium in size1/4 c Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)2 Tbsp. Kraft Low Calorie Ranch Dressing1 Tsp. Salt (optional)1 Tsp. pepper
Directions
Recipe makes 2 cups.
Cook chicken until done.
chop chicken and apples into bite sized pieces or smaller if desired
Mix ranch dressing, chopped chicken, apples and cranberries in a large bowl.
Add salt and pepper. Mix once more.
Spread on pita, wrap or baguette for a hardy and delicious lunch option.
