Banana Milkshake

Ingredients
1 medium banana1 cup 1% milk (may use skim if you want fat free & /or less caloriss. 2tsp. no cal sweetner
Directions
Cut banana into small slices. Place into mini processor or blender. Sprinkle sweeting over bananas. Add 1/2 of the milk, blend. Add the rest of the milk blend well until foamy.

Pour into 16oz. glass. Makes one serving.
