Cranberry Ginger Pork Roast

Ingredients
*Pork, loin 4 lbsCranberries, 1 cup, chopped Sugar Free Maple Syrup, 0.25 cup *chipotle en adobo, 1 can2 teaspoons ginger
Directions
1) In a blender, combine cranberries, syrup, chipotle en adobo, ginger and blend
2) Add pork to a slow cooker and cover with cranberry mixture
3) cook on low for 8-10 hours
4) Shread pork * mix in sauce
