My Favorite Glazed Baby Carrots

Ingredients
Baby Carrots (1) 1lb Bag1 1/2 Tablesppon Smart Balance Lite Spread1/2 Teaspoon SugarSalt & Pepper To Taste
Directions
1) Prepare pot and steaming rack and bring water to a boil.

2) Rinse baby carrots and when water is boiling add carrots on steaming rack.

3) Reduce heat a tad bit and cover. Let carrots steam for about 12 to 14 minutes. Carrots should still be somewhat firm and not mushy.

4) Add butter spread and sugar to saute pan and heat.

5) Add steamed carrots to pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. (Since we have to watch sodium, we are light on the salt and grind a bit more fresh pepper in.)

5) Saute for about 5 - 7 minutes on medium high heat.

Serve & Enjoy.
