Ingredients
brown sliced beef in canola oil - add carrots, soy sauce & sesame oil - keep covered for 3-5 minutes.Add in all other veggies and 3/4 of the chicken broth - cover for additional 5-7 minutes.Add shrimp.Mix remaining chicken broth & cornstarch.Bring everything to a boil - add remaining chicken broth & cornstarch mixture - continue to stir to thicken sauce.Serve over rice.
