Healthy Breakfast Scramble Wrap

Ingredients

2 Large Eggs1 strip each - Green Pepper, Red Pepper & Yellow Pepper - diced1 Small Plum tomato - diced2 Tbsp. Onion - diced2-3 White Button Mushrooms - sliced1 T Olive Oil3-4 oz Turkey SausageDash Garlic PowderDash of Chili Powder/Red pepper Flakes
Heat 1 T Olive oil in a non-stick pan. Brown turkey sausage, breaking up. Dice up pepper, onion, tomato, mushroom and place in pan. Saute until cooked to desired tenderness and onion is clear or transparent. Mix in a sprinkle or garlic powder and dried chili powerd or dried red pepper flakes to taste.
Place eggs in separate bowl, and whisk until frothy. Pour into heated pan with veggies, and mix. Cook until egg done.
Either place on a plate and serve with fresh salsa on top or place into a multigrain wrap.
