Easy No Knead Bread

Ingredients
3 C Bread Flour1/4 t instant yeast11/4 t salt1 5/8 water
Directions
Mix flour, yeast and salt then add water stir until mixed, cover bowl and let sit over night. Next morning dump dough on to a lightly floured surface and shape in to a ball, put in to a sprayed dutch oven and let sit until it has risen again approximately 2 hours, place covered dutch oven in oven and bake for 30 minutes, uncover and bake for 15 minutes, dump bread out on to a cutting board slice and serve.

Bake 450 degrees for 45 minutes
