Spicy Chicken for Chipotle-style Burrito bol

Ingredients
*Canned Chipotle Chilis in Adobo Sauce (1 can), 7 oz Pepper, black, 1 tsp*cumin powder 2 tsp Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp Garlic, 6 cloves Salt, 2 tsp 1 red onion chopped*Canola Oil, .25 cup 1 package of Chicken thighs (approx 8 thighs), chopped into 1" pieces
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in food processor. Blend until liquified to make marinade. Marinate chicken in the refrigerator for 1-24 hours.

Grill chicken on medium high until no longer pink. You can either grill on indoor/outdoor grill, pan, panini grill, etc. Or throw chicken in crockpot and cook on low for 9-10 hours.

Use for burritos, burrito bols, soups, etc.
