Grilled Chili Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
5 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 cup soy sauce1 cup Italian salad dressing3 T chili powder
Directions
Butterfly chicken breasts to make a thin, even grilling surface. Lay flat in a large casserole dish and cover with soy sauce and Italian dressing. Coat evenly with chili powder. Go to town with tihs -- use as much as you want!

Cover and place in refrigerator to marinate. The longer you can marinate the chicken, the better.

Grill over medium heat 8-10 minutes each side, or until chicken reaches required internal temperature.

Remove from heat and serve immediately!

PLS NOTE: Although this recipe calls for 1 cup soy sauce and 1 cup Italian dressing, this is just a marinade. You end up discarding more than 2/3 of the liquids. Yet, the recipe calculator did not consider this, and so it was showing up at 520 calories per serving, which I know is incorrect. So I have adjusted the ingredient list to include only 1/3 of the liquids to compensate for the discarded marinade.
