Baked fish in foil

Ingredients
12 oz. Cod (fish)1 tbsp. Olive Oil, .5 cup chopped green onion (spring onion) 1 fl oz. White Wine, 1 tbsp. Dill weed, dried, 1 clove Garlic,dash Pepper, black,
Directions
Heat oven to 200C (this is correct)
Brush 4 pieces of foil with oil.
Place individual serving of fish on each foil.. Divide onions and garlic between them.
Over each, sprinkle 1 tbsp white wine, generous pinch of dill weed and twist of black pepper.
Seal each packet tightly and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in oven to 25 minutes.
