Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

1 stick butter1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)1/2 c. sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1 1/4 cup all purpose flour1 c. whole wheat flour1/3 c. cocoa powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 cups zucchini, shredded
Preheat oven to 350*. Cream sugars and butter until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. In seperate bowl stir together flours, cocoa, salt, and soda. Gradually beat into sugar mixture. (Mixture will be dry at this point!) Beat in zucchini. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheet (I used a 2 tbls scoop). Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes on sheet then remove to cool completely.
