Flax Meal PB Hot Cereal

Ingredients
1/4 C flax meal1/2 C boiling water2 T crunchy peanut butter1/4 t cinnamon
Directions
Pour boiling water over flax in your bowl. Stir in peanut butter and cinnamon and let sit 2-3 minutes.

This would probably be good with crunchy almond butter or shredded coconut, too! Please let me know how any alterations you make to the recipe turn out!! :-)
