Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs meat1 well beaten egg1/2 med onion and 3 cloves garlic chopped and sauteed6-8 saltines soaked in milk1 pkg brown gravy mix
Directions
soak crackers in milk set aside mix all ingredients together shape into oblong patties and brown in skillet with spray on oil to prevent sticking. Make brown gravy from mix pour over patties after putting in baking dish cover and bake for 1 hr
