15 oz pumpkin6 oz. nonfat evaportated milk2 eggs1/4 c. sugar1 teasp cinnamon1/2 teasp ginger1/4 teasp nutmeg1/8 teasp ground cloves single frozen 9" pie shell.
Mix together sugar, spices, and pumpkin. Beat eggs together. Mix into pumpkin mixture. Add evaporated milk. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake in 350 oven for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
