Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups soy or almond milk (regular milk can also be substituted)1 cup pumpkin puree, fresh or canned1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1 cup rolled oats 2 tsp. brown sugar
Directions
In a saucepan, mix milk, pumpkin and spices. Bring to a boil. Add oatmeal and cook 7-10 minutes or until of desired consistency. Sprinkle with tsp. of brown sugar and enjoy.
