Microwave spinach and mushroom egg wrap

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg beaters5 med. fresh mushrooms, sliced1 cup frozen spinachA dash off S & P1/4 cup kraft free shredded cheddar cheeseI original fit n active wrap
Directions
Place mushrooms and spinach in a microwave safe bowl sprayed with no stick spray. Heat 1-1/2 min. drain off liquid. Add egg beaters and S&P. Microwave 1 min. Fluff with fork place back in microwave for 1-1/2 more minutes or until eggs are set. Place cheese in middle of wrap spoon eggs on top. Rock & Roll and enjoy.
