Ground Turkey with Rice and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
8 oz ground turkey1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped green peppers1/2 cup mushrooms (fresh)1 cup brown rice1 large tomato cut up1/2 cup chopped celery6 cups of water1 tbsp of poultry seasoningother season blends
Directions
Brown the turkey and onions.
Add peppers, mushrooms, rice, tomatoes, celery, water, and seasonings.
Simmer until rice is tender.

    I added 3 cups of Chicken Broth. Recommend Low Sodium. I also added fresh spinach and used a can of diced tomatoes. Family Loved it! - 1/19/12
