Ranch Tuna Fish sandwich

Ingredients
1 can starkist chunk light tuna in water1/4 cup finely chopped onion1 stalk celery chopped in small pieces1/2 cup sliced dill pickles chopped in small pieces (I really like pickles and prefer to chop my own over using relish.)2 tbsp. hidden valley ranch Light dressing1 tsp. mustarda couple dashes Louisiana hot sauce ( optional)I sometimes add a couple of dashes of lemon pepper, that's up to you though.2 slices Sara Lee delightful whole wheat bread, lightly toasted
Directions
chop all ingredients, mix with wet ingredients, mix with tuna, serve on toasted bread. I put a generous portion on two slices of bread and eat them open face or separately instead of putting it together as a sandwich, it feels like you are eating more.
