London Broil Chili

Ingredients
6 lb lean london broil, chopped small bits2 28 cans chopped tomaotes6 bay leaves3 long hot peppersgood dash of white vinegar3 tsp chili powdertbl sugarsalt and pepper1 lb bag of carrots, shredded6 lrg onions, chopped2 lrg red peppers, chopped1 green pepper, chopped about a cup of celery, chopped2 40oz cans light red kidney beans6oz can tomato pastejar marinara saucesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
chop london broil into small pieces, put in crock pot with chopped tomatoes, hot peppers, chili powder, bay leaves, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper, cook overnight. Next day add grated carrots. Saute onions, red & green peppers, celery in large pot until softened, add meat mixture, tomato paste, marinara sauce and kidney beans. Cook about an hour longer on low.
