Pillsbury Refrigerated Thin Crust Pizza DoughBag of fresh spinach3-4 Roma TomatoesMozzarella2 4-oz containers of Feta CheeseGarlic PepperRed Pepper Flakes
Using your grill skillet, spray with Pam and sprinkle on some garlic pepper
Roll out pizza dough, spray top with non-stick spray and sprinkle with garlic pepper
Grill until the color/texture changes and flip over
Put some olive oil and minced garlic on pizza, then sprinkle on some mozzarella
Add spinach and diced tomatoes. I took the stems off the spinach and took the seeds and pulp off the tomatoes so it wouldn't be watery
Sprinkle on feta and mozzarella and red pepper flakes
Grill for a little longer then put in broiler to brown the top.
