Ingredients
* tuna, 6 oz * acme egg white, 0.5 cup * Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced * Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped * kraft fat free cheddar, 0.25 cup * salt, pepper, old bay to taste.
Directions
Mix all ingredients and spoon into 6 well greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until puffed, set, and lightly browned around the edges.
