My Sticky Bar

Ingredients
1 small banana1/4 cup nut butter1 cup granola (I used Kashi Honey Almond Flax cereal)
Directions
Mash banana. Add nut butter and granola. Mix together. Form into two bars on some saran wrap. Freeze for about 90 minutes

    I doubled this for my two kiddos and made it with half Nutella and half high-quality peanut butter. It is delicious and the kids love it, too! Easy enough that they can make it with me next time, too. - 11/15/10
