Creamy Ham Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
5 cups uncooked tricolor spiral pasta2 celery ribs, chopped1/2 medium green pepper, chopped1/4 cup chopped onion2 tbsp butter, cubed1 can cheddar cheese soup1 1/2 cups skim milk1/2 tsp salt2 cups fully cooked ham, cubed1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, saute the celery, pepper and onion in butter until tender. Stir in the soup, milk and salt. In a very large bowl, combine the soup mixture, ham and mushrooms. Drain pasta; add to soup mixture and toss to coat.

Transfer to greased 9x13 pan. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Cut into 9 squares, each square a serving.
