Veggie Fried Rice

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, largeBroccoli, fresh, 1 bunch Onions, raw, 1 small Safflower Oil, oleic, 3 tbsp Jasmine Rice, 4 cupBraggs Liquid Aminos, 3 tspGarlic Powder, 2 tsp Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid), 4 serving
Directions
Wash and cut up vegetables. Heat oil in skillet. Add carrots and fry for about 2 minutes. Add onion, and stir fry about 2 minutes. Next add bell pepper, fry about 1 minute. Add broccoli, fry about 1 minute. Add 4 cups of cooked rice, mix together and heat until rice is warmed, about 2 minutes. Add braggs liquid amino's, garlic powder and minced garlic. Serve, enjoy
