1 onion - sliced2 chicken breast - diced1 yellow pepper1 head broccoli1 pack baby sweetcornserves 4
Directions
Heat oil and add onion and chicken until browned/ sealed off
Add other chopped veg until softened
add curry past and coconut milk
cook until to desired crunchiness

serve with rice
