*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Baking Soda, 2.5 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp *Splenda, .75 cupApplesauce, unsweetened, .25 cupBanana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
Makes 12 servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine Splenda, applesauce, and mashed banana. Blend in vanilla and pumpkin, then beat in eggs and egg beaters one at a time. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of teh cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
