Ingredients
Raw Oats - 2/3 cup2 cups water1/8 tsp. salt1 small ripe banana cut up1/4 cup walnut crumbs1/4 tsp. cinnamon1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
Directions
Add all ingredients except the flax as the oatmeal cooks
cook for approximately 8 minutes
Add flax and small amount of milk
add brown sugar (optional)

    pretty much the way i do it and it's amazing, but i add 1tbsp brown (or raw) sugar first and caramalize the bananas in it then add the oats and water - 4/8/11
