Pancit Canton (Philippine Noodles)

Ingredients
1 lb chopped pork 1 chopped onion2 garlic cloves2 tbsp soy sauce (adjust for taste)Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste8 oz Canton noodles2 carrots chopped or sliced thin2 celery chopped2 C chopped cabbage1 C water
Directions
Cook pork, onions, garlic, soy sauce and pepper until meat is done.

Add vegetables and cook for a couple of minutes.

Add pancit noodles and some water. Cover. (You may need to add more or less water) Stir occasionally.

Cook until the noodles are soft but not mushy.
