Turkey Bacon Cheddar Ranch Oven-Baked Fries

4 russet potatoes, julienned (with skins)1 T olive oil8 slices turkey bacon (lean)2 T light ranch dressing1/3 c fiesta style shredded cheese1 T Potato Toppers (for baked potatoes)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a bowl, toss the potato pieces in the olive oil. Place potato pieces on a baking sheet. Bake for approximatley 35 minutes.
Transfer baked fries to another bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss till coated evenly.
Makes approximately 4 1-cup servings.
