Mini vanilla cup cakes with lemon frosting

Ingredients
for the cupcake:75g butter75g sugar2 small eggs1/2 tsp vanilla75g self raising flour1/5 tbs milkfor the icing:40g butter83g icing sugar1tbs lemon juice + zests
Directions
Pre-heat the oven at 180C

Cake:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one by one alternating with the flour so it does not split.
Finally stir in the vanilla and the milk
Bake the mini cupcakes for 15min

Icing:
cream butter and icing sugar with a spatula, slowly add the lemon juice and zests
