Banana Nut Muffin

Ingredients
1.75 cups all purpose flour.25 cup sugar2.5 teaspoon baking powder.75 teaspoon salt1 egg.5 cup milk.33 cup (one third) cooking oil1 cup mashed bananas ( 2 large bananas)
Directions
In large mixing bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in center. Combine egg, milk and oil. Mix together. Stir in the banana and nuts. Put in Muffin tin that has been greased or paper lined. Baked for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
