Personal Pizza Grilled Meat Loaves updated

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground round 1 pound lean ground turkey6 slices bread (made into fresh crumbs)2 tsp Tone's Italian seasoning3 garlic cloves minced1 c Del Pinos pizza sauce2/3 c finely chopped onion2/3 c finely chopped black olives1 4 oz can mushrooms, drained and chopped1/2 c diced green pepper1 c shredded carrot6 oz mozzarella cheese cut into 22 thin slices.
Directions
1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. (I used my GF indoor grill).
2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients (except cheese).
3. Form into 22 equal patties--I use my large Pampered Chef scoop to form the patties.)
4. Cook until thermometer registers 160 degrees
5. Top with thin slice of cheese.
