3/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix- crushed1 tsp sesame seeds1/4 tsp paprika 1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp garlic1/8 tsp black pepper1 larger egg white, lightly beaten10 large shrimp, peeled and devined (about 3/4 lb)cooking spray
PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 C. COMBINE INGREDIENTS 1-6. PLACE EGG WHITE IN A SMALL SHALLOW BOWL. DIP SHRIMP IN THE EGG WHITE AND DREDGE IN STUFFING MIXTURE. PLACE THE SHRIMP ON A LARGE BAKING SHEET COATED WITH COOKING SPRAY. LIGHTLY COAT SHRIMP WITH COOKING SPRAY. BAKE AT 425 C FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
