Ingredients
Turkey Breast (leftover) - 16 ozLow-fat, low-sodium chicken brothCampbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup - 2 cansI jar mushrooms, drainedPeas, frozen - 5 ozParmesan Cheese, grated - 2 oz
Directions
Mix together all ingredients in a low, wide pan at medium heat. Simmer until peas are done and turkey is heated through.

I served it on spaghetti squash with just a touch of Parmesan and pepper sprinkled on top. It was a wonderful, comforting dinner after a weekend of too many calories!!!
