Egg Salad on Wheat Toast

Ingredients
3 Boiled Eggs1.5 TBS Miracle Whip Light6 Slices Wheat Bread, toastedCracked Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
Peel eggs and mash with a pastry cutter.
Stir in Miracle Whip.
Coarsely ground black pepper to taste. (I go heavy on the pepper.)
Serve on toasted wheat bread.
Serves 3.
